The Right Training At The Right Age.

What develops an eight-year-old is not what develops a sixteen-year-old. Most off-ice training ignores that. We built a separate program for every age group instead.

The Approach

Every program is built around where a player actually is developmentally — not a scaled-down version of an adult routine. The youngest ages train coordination and puck touches through games, with no loading at all. The middle years introduce movement patterns properly and watch carefully for growth spurts. The oldest train close to adult standards, because by then they can.

Built by age, not scaled
Six genuinely different programs. Volume, exercise selection and language all change with the age group.
Injury prevention throughout
Hamstring, groin and neck work in the older bands. Growth-spurt monitoring where it matters. Clear red flags for when to stop.
Skills that transfer
Varied, game-realistic shooting rather than hundreds of identical reps — because games never repeat the same shot twice.
Fits real life
Practice day, game day, quick session and indoor modes. A short session done beats a long one skipped.

How It Works

It runs on any phone or tablet. There is nothing to install from an app store. Open your program, add it to the home screen, and it behaves exactly like a normal app — including working with no internet once it has loaded the first time. Perfect for a garage, a driveway, or an arena with no signal.

You need very little equipment. A stick, some pucks, a ball, cones, resistance bands, a jump rope and something to shoot at. That is the whole program — not a stripped-down version of it. Anything else you own simply upgrades the relevant drills.

Nothing about your child is collected. Progress, journals and personal bests are stored on your own device and never leave it. There are no accounts for players. We do not know their names, and we could not tell you what any individual has done. We sell a training program — not your data.

The Programs

🔒 Access requires a code. Codes are issued to teams and clubs for a full season — if your child's team has a licence, your coach will have your code. Individual codes can also be purchased directly.
